start of school!

ok... started school yesterday.. it was totally tiring! i have lessons from 8-8.. well thats kinda cos i have a 2 days week...so i guess thats the sacrifice;) i was practically falling asleep by the 3rd class! so i guess its been affirmed that my 'sleeping in class syndrome' is not attributed by the external environment but rather be'cos of me... hHaha. .thats to all the AJ peeps...

well, was late for my first psych class: intro to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. well, wasnt too bad. the prof is the PSCHOLOGIST in CHIEF of ROYAL VICTORIA HOSPITAL... talk about credentials. HAhhaa.. i think its gonna be an interesting class cos its not taught in nus.. and its nice hearing from the profs their experiences about how they came along to where they are... which i haven heard from any nus prof for teh past 2 years...

Then, had another psych class: Deviations: child psychology. The prof was funny! HAha.. he reminds me of the greek preacher in hillsong Colours conference! the mr bean look-alike.. he practically spend 30 mins telling us his life story.. which was funny and entertaining. HAHha... Well, the 3rd psych class didn go so well... cos its behavioral neuroscience. HAHah.. she practially rambled throughout the lesson BIOLOGICAL terms about neurons and DNA you would think she's speaking alien language..... everyone in teh lecture was like.. whats she toking about!?!?

then had a couple of elective classes: natural disasters and issues to women's health... well, i 'm SOOO dropping the latter class. the prof is juz crazy! she's sooo enthu in giving assignments. i mean i'm a student, but exchange student kinda means 'dun need to study so hard but play more' huh?! HAHah.. well... this is kinda amongst the exchange students thing.

I guess it was a refreshing environment to study in... pple around me are gorgeous blondes and hunks, the prof speaks like Mr bean, and rambles like an alien.... and there's a nice field to lie down under the sun during breaks! HAha...
